 No Setup Fees—Ever. We believe in transparent pricing. The price we quote you includes all the necessary setup and art preparation for your order, regardless of the printing method (DTF or Sublimation). 

 Yes! We offer Free Local Pickup for all orders right here in Alabaster, AL. Simply select the "Local Pickup" option during checkout, and we'll let you know when your order is ready. 

 Our turnaround is generally 5-7 business days from the time you approve the final artwork, depending on the complexity and size of your order. We prioritize fast, local service! 

 For quality assurance and print longevity (especially with sublimation and DTF), we require using our high-quality performance shirts and apparel to ensure the best results. 

 We prefer vector files (.ai, .eps, .svg) for the best quality, but we can also work with high-resolution images like .png or .jpeg. We'll let you know right away if your file needs adjustment!
